Inside Education Foundation

The Foundation’s programmes are aimed at achieving excellence in all facets of education, be it on the part of the children, teachers or those who support them. These include:

100 shining stars
100 Shining Stars

The 100 South African Shining Stars project is aimed at honouring our youth who are excelling in their respective fields. A team of high profile judges selects 100 top nominees across all nine provinces and education sectors to form part of the 2020 100 South African Shining Stars.

School Sports
Sport is vital for the overall education of young people. It provides a range of physical and emotional learning opportunities that benefit children academically, socially and spiritually. Active children are also more likely to hold a positive world view, be resourceful and show strength of character when facing stress. Physically active children and adolescents are also less vulnerable to depression.

The African Teachers Awards
The African Teachers Awards recognises exemplary teachers from around the continent. It focuses on appreciating, assessing and improving Africa’s educators and provides an opportunity to assist with issues related to teachers and the teaching profession. 
matric revision
Revisions for Matrics [and the special edition for matric results]
Every year, Inside Education Foundation, through Inside Education, puts together revisions to assist Grade 12 learners prepare for their mid-year and final exams. Our team of experienced and dedicated education journalists collaborate on a special edition with expert advice on how to tackle the stressful period as well as previous exam papers. Learners can access the revisions for free on our website and through social media platforms.

Inside Education Foundation Training.

The Inside Education Foundation Training is aimed at upskilling young South Africans from all walks of life and contribute towards economic growth. The Inside Education Foundation Training incorporates different learnership programmes, including internships as well as short and long term skills development programmes across different sectors.
